Painting Number 11 of 2025!

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen! Im super excited to share this one with you. The story goes like this.. Painting Number 9 of 2025 was a black canvas with purple in the sky with bright oranges, yellows, and greens in the bushes, red trees, all on a black background. Which causes incredible contrast and can almost give a psychedelic feel to the painting. You can see this painting on a previous blog post. My nephew has a decorative theme in his room with posters and a tapestry that fit a psychedelic vibe. So he came to me a few days after doing the black canvas painting and asked me "how long does it take to paint one of these?" I said " well you've seen me do it many times. But usually a few hours, maybe a couple sessions. But why do you ask?" He says " well I want to try one like that one you did." As he pointed to the black canvas painting. I can't tell you how happy I was to finally hear that. So I told him to find a Bob Ross episode that he liked that was a black canvas and show me the next day. So the painting that you see above is the first time my nephew ever tried painting. Once again makes me very happy to say that. It's also unique in the fact that is was painted together with him doing about 70 percent and me doing 30, all the while helping show brush loading, brush strokes and angles, colors,  shapes, positions, all the techniques. He has since painted one more we did side by side. I will share that in a future post.

Until next time my friends, thank you so much for your time!

Have a wonderful day!
