Painting Number 12 of 2025!

This painting is interesting because part of it was done over 5 years ago. I started painting back in 2015, so it could be even older. What I do know is when I started it I only painted the sky, clouds, mountains, and background trees. Then it sat patiently waiting for the inspiration, which finally happened when I was going through some old canvases I had in the garage. Back when I did it I must have not had the time to finish it before it was dry and also experience or confidence to try to finish it later. When I seen it now though I was like "OH sweet, I can finish this one. That will be good practice." So the the background of this painting is from early in my painting career and the rest is now, or "history" as they say.
